Law enforcement official confirms Taylor Swift-Travis Kelce wedding at MSG on Friday - Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce will have their wedding at Madison Square Garden on Friday night, according to a law enforcement official briefed on the security plans.  The festivities will kick off with a smaller rehearsal dinner planned for Thursday night, the official said. The person spoke to The Associated Press on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to publicly discuss the events.  Speculation about the superstar singer and Kansas City Chiefs tight end's nuptials has built to a frenzy in recent days, following weeks of unconfirmed reports that it would take place over July Fourth weekend at one of New York's iconic landmarks.  New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani said Wednesday that a permit had been filed for a "large event" at Madison Square Garden.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce - US Open 2024 - Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are reportedly set to celebrate their wedding at Madison Square Garden this Friday, while a rehearsal dinner with 100 guests is said to be planned for tonight. Sources spilled to “Page Six” that the big day will be a long one, running from 3:30PM to 2AM the next morning, with more than 1-thousand guests expected to attend.  Cocktail hour will apparently kick off at 4PM on the sixth-floor concourse. The ceremony will then take place on the arena floor at 5:30PM. After that, the reception will run from 6:30PM to 2AM.  The arena has reportedly been transformed for the occasion, with special décor and even a massive castle reportedly being built inside. Streets around the venue will also be closed to accommodate the festivities.  The star-studded guest list reportedly includes celebrities like Selena Gomez, Ed Sheeran and Gigi Hadid, while Stevie Nicks and Tim McGraw are expected to perform. Swift, meanwhile, is reportedly planning multiple outfit changes. 

But wait…there’s more!

    A forklift driver was spotted wearing a "Taylor Swift Carpenters" t-shirt while working at Madison Square Garden. The “New York       Times” actually asked him if the shirt was connected to his job, and he told them: “I plead the Fifth.”

    A bunch of semi-trucks were strategically placed outside Madison Square Garden on Wednesday to block the view to the main loading     dock

    A rough idea of the menu for the reception has reportedly been figured out. “Page Six” spotted a ton of food being delivered to       Madison Square Garden. Lobster meat, blackened chicken, packaged chicken, boneless skinless chicken breast, chicken legs,      French fries, thick-cut onion rings, were seen. A Krispy Kreme truck was also spotted, so its likely donuts will be offered at     some point.

    Sources spilled to “Page Six” that over 130 cops will be present in the area. Cops will be working shifts of around nine hours, making   anywhere from $70 an hour to $90 an hour. The total cost for the police presence is estimated to be anywhere from around $90-          thousand to $160-thousand, though a total has not been confirmed. It is not clear if Swift and Kelce are footing the bill.

Sources Spill Schedule For Taylor Swift And Travis Kelce Wedding Festivities - Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s alleged Madison Square Garden wedding this weekend will last over ten hours! At least that’s what sources are telling “Page Six.” They claim that the wedding festivities begin on Thursday night at the arena’s Infosys Theater for a rehearsal dinner with 100 guests from 6:00 to 10:30 p.m.…Friday is the wedding day, with doors opening for guests at 3:30 p.m. and cocktail hour starting at 4 PM on the 6th floor concourse. The ceremony will then start at 5:30 p.m. on the arena floor, and the reception kicks off at 6:30 p.m. and is not expected to end until 2 a.m. Over 1,000 guests are expected to be in attendance.

"The Passion Of The Christ" Returning To Theaters With Sneak Peek At "The Resurrection of The Christ Part 1" - Mel Gibson's "The Passion of the Christ" will be returning to the big screen with a little something extra. The film, which has been newly remastered in 4K with Dolby Atmos sound, is back in theaters from September 10 through September 17. Along with a polished print of the 2004 film, ticket buyers will also get a sneak peek at “The Resurrection of the Christ: Part One." The follow-up has been split into two movies, with "Part One" set to debut May 6, 2027 and "Part Two" scheduled for May 25, 2028.

PlayStation’s Saying Goodbye To Physical Discs - PlayStation is saying goodbye to physical discs for its games. Production will stop on them starting in 2028 with new titles. This announcement comes after Take-Two Interactive’s Rockstar Games said that “Graft Theft Auto 6” won’t have a disc option, and instead gamers have the option of a digital copy and a “code in a box,” which would be the “physical” offering. Beyoncé Wins "Alien Superstar" Copyright Lawsuit - A judge has dismissed a copyright lawsuit over a sample used at the start of Beyoncé’s 2022 song “Alien Superstar,” handing a legal win to her company, Parkwood Entertainment. The suit claimed Hirose Enterprises owned the rights to the 1998 track “Moonraker,” but Parkwood said it had properly licensed the sample from John Holiday. Judge Mark C. Scarsi ended up throwing out the case entirely because it turns out that Hirose Enterprises didn’t even exist until a week after the lawsuit was filed. “Plaintiff had no legal existence at the time it brought suit, so it cannot have held a stake in the outcome of the litigation at the time it filed the complaint,” the Judge wrote. That said, Hirose Enterprises can still appeal the decision.
